Step1- Place your mouse over the "MS Project Document Library" project file to highlight the drop down menu

Step2- Click to expand the drop down menu and select "Open with HPV Web MS Project Viewer".

This action will open the MS Project file in a new browser window, make sure your pop-blocker is turned off.
